(I recently realized that Dockers has brainwashed me and earned my loyalty, so take my review with a grain of salt. That said...) "I love Dockers' quality and style!" :)

The "Iron Free D2 Straight Fit Flat Front" khakis are superb! (Note: The "Iron Free" part is *key*!) I've bought numerous D2 khakis -- various colors, styles, and sizes. However, the "Iron Free" is the only one I've been impressed by so far. The "regular" Straight Fit Flat Fronts are significantly inferior.

I recently started a new job, and the position requires me to dress to various business styles (i.e. business casual, causal, smart casual, slightly more formal for events, etc...). These pants are really versatile and seem to fit well with all styles. The simplicity allows them to mesh with casual, but the crisp crease allows them to appear sharp for the more formal end of the spectrum. The fit is also great (and flattering). The fit is essential to more formal arrangements (since fit is half of what defines "formal), but the fit also lends to the pants actually being quite comfortable for the more casual environments.

Since I fly almost daily with my new position, I'm impressed every time I open my suitcase. The "Iron Free" aspect really lives up to its name. While no clothing material will ever be "perfect" (especially if you're picky, like me), but these pants challenge that idea to the max. The pants rarely need much treatment. 90% of the time, I just hang them in the hotel bathroom while I shower (a.k.a. steam the room). This removes most wrinkles or imperfections. Whenever I iron them (simply due to my OCD tendencies), they're soooo easy to iron! (And that's saying a lot, because I can't iron whatsoever!)

All-in-all, I highly recommend these pants. They're the product that got me start (and now hooked) on Dockers!

These are great pants. The fit is spot-on. The fabric lays right and isn't too thin. The finish is smooth enough to not attract excessive lint.

THESE ARE GREAT PANTS. MY HUSBAND LOVES THESE. THEY ACTUALLY HOLD THEIR SHAPE AND DON'T NEED IRONING. THE PRICE IS EXCELLENT.

I realize that this is somewhat subjective, but I found these pants to be the perfect fit. I'm 6 feet and quite thin. I often find pants which are too baggy (I'm swimming in them) or too tight (they cling to my legs). These ones are a good balance. I'm a 30 in levi's jeans waist, but I fit in a 32 waist in these docker's pants.

Earlier I had purchased Dockers Men's Comfort Waist Khaki D3 Classic Fit Flat Front Pant which were very loose fitting on me and had too much room in the seat. I decided to try these with the D2 fit figuring they should be just right with my build 5'5" x 150. Instead, they are very tight. The D3 pants with the 32" waist are little loose around the waist. These are a little tight. The D2 or D3 designation should have nothing to do with waist size. These also feel like you are wearing a wedgie with every step. The stretch fit waist purported with these pants is nonexistent. The waist on the D3 pants stretch very nice. If only they made the D3 in a 31x29 I would be all set. Someone would have to be very very thin, with no backside for these pants to be comfortable.

Don't really know how to review pants without comparing them to another type/style. For this comparison I'll be using the D3 Dockers pants. The D2s are kinda tight and I don't care for the plastic zipper. They look really nice, the creases are always crisp. But the D3s are more comfortable, as in looser fit, softer material, etc.. If I need to look my best I grab the D2s any other time I grab the D3s (I've since ordered several different colors in D3). Shoot, I'd even go as far to say that the D3s feel like pajama pants they're so soft and roomy.

I first ordered these Pants in my "Normal" for other pants size 32x32. But they were a bit too small for me so either I am fatter or they run a touch small. Either way I sent them back, free shipping which was cool, and they free shipped me a pair of 33x32's. These fit very nicely, so I bought another pair (33x32) a week later in Heather Gray. I'd say there is definately a 1/2-1" difference in waist size (so almost like the 32x32's I had ordered dfrom the start). They fit well... Maybe a tad snug, but I am working on losing 5 or so lbs so they should be perfect in a month.
In the meantime, I bought a pair of Striped D2's off ebay. And they turned out to be a little larger in the waist than both of the Amazon orders.

So again, the pants are great. Nice and sturdy fabric, look nice, great price in my opinion; but be aware you may have to do some back and forth in sizing to get what you need.

I like the Dockers D2 pants. My only complaint is the sizing. I ordered a 33 waist, in the Gravel color, and they are a little tight. Other colors, in the same 33 waist D2 style, fit me good.

The Iron Free collection from Dockers is great! My husband has about 4 pairs already and was just getting a new pair, but for some reason these differed from what he already owns. Ordered the exact size and in D2 and they are bigger and longer. Not sure why.
