Doctor Mom's Prescription for Managing Food Allergies was a really good book. It gave so many great ideas on how to deal with food allergies.

I finally sat down and finished reading the last 10 pages of Dr. Mom's book last night (I had perused it, looking at the pictures but hadn't finished reading it). I can't say enough good things about it! What a clear, concise and well written book. I love that it isn't full of verbage that the average person wouldn't understand and you don't feel as though you're being talked down to as you read it. I'll be telling our allergist about it so he will hopefully recommend it and I will post about it on a few allergy sites.

I have received my book today, and wanted to share my opinion. This is by far the most practical allergy guide I have ever read. It is simple, yet sophisticated at the same time. It is an outstanding resource for a lay person, family dealing with allergies, friends, relatives, health care professionals, and educational staff.
