I have ordered the stop smoking DVD but received the stop drinking dvd three times.

I've seen about half of the stop smoking DVD (my old copy was badly scratched in a move). That original copy froze about half-way through the program. However, it started working to curb my cigarette craving after watching only half the DVD. That's why I keep trying to get it. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to have received the drinking DVD three times.
