Doctor Who: Desktop Patrol Red Dalek

I discovered Dr. Who this summer and truly am a fan of the Daleks, but who isn't? Their single minded intent towards the destruction of anything non-Dalek is something like the Mona Lisa of the Alien beings.

Anyway, my little Dalek Buddy is a faithful representation of a Dalek who fiercely circles his area of responsibility with angry shouts of "Exterminate" every few seconds!

When he gets stuck, he screams "Exterminate, exterminate, exterminate..." until you help him.

Loyal to a fault - he's like the little brother I never had. Well, with the exception that he wants to exterminate the known universe.

It does what is says it does. You can't do better than that! It is small but it is a great desk sentry. Voice is great!

Great little rendition of a Dalek, he will happily make his way around your desk/table top looking for targets to exterminate (the sound is fairly accurate and loud for such a small menace). The only thing to be wary of is if the surface he is on has a rounded edge the sensor seems to have a hard time reading it and Dalek becomes suicidal (be ready to catch him, the hard plastic seems like it wouldn't hold up to impact.

EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!

This toy was fine, until it vaporized my dog...seriously, a joy to watch it roll around screaming EXTERMINATE!

This little Dalek is nice and could be a great addition to any desk!

Update: It has cornered me and is now threatening my life. Any help?

With this little guy behind my keyboard, no one dares to mess with my computer when I'm away. He's so dedicated to his patrols that he'll dive off tall ledges to defend his master (be careful if he's rolling along the edge), but still came out of it with nothing but minor scratches (battle damage).

Two things to remember with him though: one, you do need a small screwdriver to access the batteries and two, he's really loud so if anyone near you is on the phone, he'll be heard shouting "Exterminate!"

All in all, whether he's patrolling my desk warning off intruders or just standing sentry, I love this little guy.

This little guy is right on the mark as a gift for a Dr Who fan. Goes around patrolling desk or table top and "exterminating". Looks like he's going to take a tumble, but doesn't fall off the edges.

Love my little Dalek. I smile everytime I hear him exclaim "Exterminate!" He moves around until he encounters an obstacle at which point he changes direction while saying "Exterminate!" There is an option to turn off the voice if you just want him to wander around silently, but that's no fun. I have only had him a few weeks, so I cannot honestly vouch for durability, but I love it so far.

I love Dr. Who, and I love this desk toy, except mine stutters instead of saying "Exterminate". Wasn't worth sending it back.

I bought this for my friend that is an avid Whovian...and she absolutely loved it. We sat in her car for hours with it crawling around on the dashboard yelling "EXTERMINATE!" haha it was hilarious. One thing though.... babies are scared of this thing! It came all packaged nicely and stuff too. It's the perfect gift for a Doctor Who fan!
