4.0 out of 5 stars The cactus Doctor, November 17, 2005
This review is from: Doctor Who: Meglos (Paperback)
A cactus plots to rule the universe. Can the Doctor stop it? Actually the Doctor is it, or rather it is the Doctor. Meglos, the last of his cactus race is an evil genius. He has a plan to steal the mysterious power source from a neighboring planet and use it to take over all of space by impersonating the Doctor. Only the Doctor (assisted by K9 and Romana) can stop him. Yet another quick fun novelization of the fourth Doctor.

Enjoy!

3.0 out of 5 stars A thorny story, January 8, 2001
This review is from: Doctor Who: Meglos (Paperback)
With the randomiser now removed, and he Doctor is repairing K9, when the TARDIS arrives in the Prion system. The Doctor decides to visit Tigella, a planet which he has visited before, and he and Romana talk about the lost civilisation on the neighbouring planet Zolfa-Thura. But Zolfa-Thura is not as dead as they believe...

Something of a throwback to season seventeen, this story contains some sillier moments and is all a bit peculiar. Not a great story.
