This review is from: Doctor Who 12" The Doctor & Space Suit (Toy)
I know my 1/6 sacle guys and hiding under that space suit is a kid friendly version of the Dragon Neo Adam sculpt, a beautiful body if not a bit chunky for David Tennant. So it can be assumed other Charatcer Options figures are hiding well ariculated durable sculpts under their so-so outfits. The head sculpt is very good with a recognizable likeness. Why not 5 stars? The helmut and the hands.

Once the helmut comes off it won't go back on easily and it will take part of his nose or hair paint with it. I reccomend keeping it as far away from his face as possible while removing it because you can repaint the hair. The gloves are his hands and pop off their knobs which don't compare to other figures and don't come out so you can't swap hands without a lot of work. When the suit comes off you may find it has stained his neck.

So if you're handing him over to a kid old enough to have him let them play away. Cutomizers may want to remove his head, use your favored methood, and swapping it with another guy who uses a Dragon/DML/DiD style neck. The helmut fits some other heads fine. A bit of repainting may be in order as the Doctor looks a bit yellow but all in all he looks quite good, if not surprized.
