Doctor Cherry's approach to preventive medicine, through balanced nutrition and exercise makes alot of sense. His Christo-centric approach to caring for one's total health, physical, spiritual, and emotional is certainly refreshing. His research on the nutritional portions of this book is profound, easy to understand, and even easier to follow. This book is well worth the money! And your doctor will love you for it!

All through the years of my practising as a GP doctor and a christian as well, I could not reconcile the fact that one is based on scientific facts and the other on the supernatural healing. We were taught in med. school to be objective and block out all emotions and concentrate on curing the symptoms. Recently we are more aware that treating the body only is not enough. Treating the mind is equally important. The mind and the body is inseparable and that is why holistic med. is advocated. Where does the doctor come in when illnesses like 4th stage cancer can be cured by supernatural means like prayer and faith? Miracles happen all the time and could not be explained by any scientific means logically. Our body is indeed fearfully and wonderfully made. But if all illnesses can be cured by supernatural means then there wouldn't be any use of doctors. That is why Dr. Reginald Cherry's explanation of God's different pathway of healing for different individuals does make sense. The best part is that he is not just saying it but doing it as well and getting a lot of healing done. Praise the Lord.

Dr.Cherry's testimony was powerful. After reading this book I got a very clear understanding of the different pathways to healing. He demonstrated how the Lord Jesus used different ways to deal with different types of problems. This is something that I had not thought about as I read through the Word of God (Bible).

This is a must read for anyone who wants to better understand God's plan for health and healing in their lives.

I know so many people who are struggling with sickness that I send this for gifts and it helps tremendously. Good read!
