As an archer who has used recurves and compound bows, I have always been interested in the detailed workings of bows. This book is excellent - it covers everything from bow tuning to more in-depth advice on how it works, adjusting and repairing the bow, choose the best arrows, and tuning their flight. It even covers the history of bows, early models, etc. My version of the book was updated in 1985.
