So far so good..am taking more vitamins/minerals that my Doctor has suggested.Prices are good here at Amazon, I am pleased with that and speed of delivery. UPDATE: I have been taking these for nearly 3 mo. and am feeling better and sleeping better. I am about to start my next 3 mo. supply and hopefully will continue to feel this way. I have never been a 'good sleeper' so I am really pleased that this seems to be helping me.

I didn't really feel any difference with 1 cap so after a few days, I went up to 2, but although it gave me energy, later on in the day, it made me very irritable and indifferent. I can't feel like that with little kids. I may go back and try 1 cap again at some point for a while and see if it helps with my mood without the other negative side effects. Not sure if the 5-HTP by itself without the B6 and Vit C would be better?
