This is thoroughly unscientific of me, but I've used four bottles of this product and believe it has less of an effect than other brands I've tried.

These pills are absolutely worthless. Try another brand for much better resultsI've been taking saw palmetto for a few years now. I've always been skeptical about supplements so I have tried stopping for a while just to make sure they really make a difference. If you take real saw palmetto they do help the condition. These pills, however, are worthless. I was taking "Spring Valley" and they helped. I tried these because the recommended dosage was only 1 pill.
