After weeks of an inability to breathe properly due to chronic COPD, and finding all four of my breathing medications ineffective, I discovered Serrapeptase. It sounds weird, but after only 2 doses the condition which i THOUGHT WOULD END WITH ME IN AN EMERGENCY ROOM FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE WAS COMPLETELY ERASED. IT WAS AS IF i HAD NEVER HAD THE PROBLEM. i HAVE NOT USED ASTHMA MEDICATIONS IN 2 YEARS NOW THANKS TO SERRAPEPTASE. i DO ADMIT IT IS ANOTHER MEDICATION, BUT AT LEAST THIS ONE DOES NOT CAUSE SIDE AFFECTS OR HAVE STEROIDS IN IT WHICH COULD MESS WITH OTHER BODY PARTS.

Another benefit I discovered was that, since it is an anti-inflammatory, the product helped with my daily body aches due to arthritis. I was able to regain mobility in my joints and spine. That was a wonderful bonus. I cannot begin to tell you that most of my friends use this product now for their various inflammation-related ailments to great success. And many of my clients use it for their children since it does not interfere with other drug therapies (or cause interactions of any kind). It is a GOD-SEND.

If you have concerns or any need to read more about it, please go to the website and check out the reasons to USE this benign product. [...] You will be amazed.

I ran across serrapeptase just by accident on Google.
I don't even remember how but I decided to give it a shot.
My reasons for trying it were threefold.

Reason one...
I got my first eye floater about a year ago.
For those who don't know what an eye floater is.
Have you ever rubbed your eyes and seen a black speck or specks that go away after a second or two?
Imagine if that speck never went away.
My eye doctor told me it was harmless, very common with nearsightedness and it will NEVER EVER go away.
"Totally lame" I thought, there has to be a way to get rid of it.
I had read that serrapeptase would help dissolve eye floaters so I got curious.

Reason two...
I have major amounts of scar tissue and adhesions in my back from an accident when I was little.
This has caused over twenty years of almost constant pain.
I had read serrapeptase would dissolve scar tissue.
Could this possibly be the miracle I've been waiting for?

Reason three...
Inflammation.
I have pain and arthritis in my feet, knees and back.
I was hoping serrapeptase would help with that also as I had read people have had much success with it for inflammation.

I've been using the enzyme for only two months now and I'm on my second bottle.
Here are my results so far...

The floater in my left eye has gone from looking like a pitch black gnat in my field of vision to a very pale, opaque dot that I barely notice anymore.
I would judge serrrapeptase to be a colossal victory in that area.
I am hoping it fades altogether to the point where I no longer notice but that may take much longer.

The scar tissue is difficult to gauge....

Serrapeptase is a very powerful anti-inflammatory yet unlike aspirin and NSAIDs, does NOT thin the blood or cause bleeding issues. Also known as Serratio Peptidase, the enzyme works by digesting or dissolving protein.

Personally I have extensive damage to my veins as documented by many medical professionals - cardiologists, hematologists, vascular surgeons, even an interventional radiologist, a pulmonologist and a podiatrist. Only someone with multiple life-threatening situations and multiple serious "syndromes" most of which are caused by the complexities of my situation along with too many years of Coumadin/warfarin therapy would generally have this particular array of specialists in such diverse fields. My veins have experienced multiple fully occluding deep venous thrombi (DVT), have scarring and webbing throughout many important veins including my iliac and femoral veins and have numerous "remarkable" characteristics that leave even one of the most highly specialized IRs concerned enough that they do NOT recommend any invasive procedures at this time as my situation is too "tricky" and "messy". Nice.

So where does that leave me? Western medicine says repeatedly there is nothing they can do for me except keep me on injection based anti-coagulation treatments which my insurance company repeatedly refuses to pay for my injections and since they cost more than my husband and I bring in combined we simply cannot pay for them outright thereby their lack of care is contributing to my developing further life-threatening complications. Now what do I do??

Plan B. Which means I must empower myself to handle my life-threatening situation that modern medicine is not able to handle economically enough that my insurance company will allow my treatment.

My OLD REVIEW - DEC 4, 2010 -I have been taking this product for two weeks and in that time, the large lemon-sized breast cyst I had has diminished to the size of a large walnut--it has shrunk approximately 3/4 inch all the way around the cyst. I can place my thumb in the space the cyst use to take up! I am so pleased with the results; it is unbelievable. I also just ordered DB nattokinase, as I read there are amazing results from combining this with serrapeptase.

I have been taking this product for a year now, and began combining it with nattokinase just after my old review. Although my cyst is not completely gone, it has still decreased in size--about the size of a marble now. I read somewhere that the center of a fibrocyst may be calcified, so this may be why it's taken so long to shrink...as for me, I will continue the combo of serrapeptase and nattokinase until it is gone.
