It is a very useful book to have and in my opinion every family should have a copy of this book.IT has over 300 medical tips most of them that could save your life.

This is a great book to read and review every once in a while, if you're not a professional in the medical field. If you're having a medical emergency, however, this isn't the type of book you'd want to consult - and the author would quite agree with that. You can easily read it in an hour, and that's an hour that is well worth your investment of time.
