bought these too save my teeth, was going to have teeth repaired every few months, i learned that i was clenching my teeth as i slept, which took out my bridgework, filling etc. when you go and use these for the first time, use very hot water, i used the microwave to heat water, don't wait to long, put into mouth suck and use fingers to mold over front teeth, it took three to get it right, keep heating mold, etc till the plastic is over front teeth, now as for sleeping with this on it takes getting use to but it's worth

You place the night guard in boiling water and let it boil for 60 seconds. Place it in cold water for one second to remove the heat. This allows you to shape the night guard so it fits by placing it in your mouth, adjusting it to fit over your teeth and biting down or using you fingers to press it down. Once shaped you place it in the cold water for 30 seconds. The night guard grips the teeth well enough to stay in all night. It was at the dentist's office I learned that I was grinding my teeth at night. Once a month or so I will leave it out which keeps my bite feeling normal.

This product, the one size fits all is slightly shorter than the Large. I purchased 3 from Pricebully at a cost of $5.32 each, in the drug store they sell for $34.99 plus tax. Pricebully offers excellent service, with a savings of over $30 each. That is correct I can purchase 6 (two orders) for less than the price of 1 from the drug store.

The best thing about this night guard is the hard surface that lasts and lasts. The first ones were all the soft material so it did not last long at all and it was easy to make a hole in it during fitting. This one you bite firmly so set your teeth and still have the hard surface that you cannot make a hole in. You actually have to schedule a change because it will take years to wear the night guard out. I suggest changing it twice a year.

I'm grinding my teeth since I'm a teenager and two years ago, my dentist started to notice that my front teeth were just millimeters away from being damaged!! I bought the 3 Pack after trying several different brands. Easy to use and mold to your mouth, they are not too big and allow me to sleep without any discomfort (or drool :). Instructions are pretty straight forward and your mouth guard is ready in less than 5 mins. They last very long!! I only end up replacing them because after a few months, I can't keep them as clean as I would like.

I need to wear a mouth guard for the rest of my life in order to protect my teeth and I will only buy these from now on (until something better comes up).
