After reading this book, I finally understand what it is that makes us look and feel old. And what I find so exiting about this book, is that it talks about aging as a disease that can be cured! I found it a very interesting book and will recommend it to anyone who has an interest in living longer and healthier.

This book was recommended to us by a friend because of how useful it has been in helping her battle a thyroid condition. The book is easy to read and gives a lot of great tips about diet, the type of drugs associated with certain conditions, stress, and exercise.
