The past speaks,
By Calvin W. Fergins "Maverick Historic Theologian" (Seminary (Outside Bethlehem, PA)) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Doctrines and Discipline of the Azusa Street Apostolic Faith Mission of Los Angeles (The Complete Azusa Street Library) (Paperback)
This classic text needs to stay in print. This is the doctrinal statment of the Azusa Revival. This short but thorough reprinting covers more theology than you would think. For instance, William Seymour was more Calvinistic in his belief on Free Will and on man's merits. The atonement is covered along with practical issues of marriage and ordination. This is a collector's item, especially since Larry Martin added in pictures which makes this even more valuable.
This is a piece of history that we must not let go out of print again. |
