5.0 out of 5 stars A rarely understood truth.
Don't read this book unless you can discard all previously learned doctrines about christianity. An open mind is absolutely necessary or you are wasting your time. This book reveals what has been hidden about the true christianity of Jesus Christ. Churchianity was substituted for the truth in order for men to gain power, and this book reveals it very well. I agreed, after...

1.0 out of 5 stars Filled with half truths
The author hates churches and all of his effort in his research is not to find out the truth but to simply show that churches are all decieved as are their followers. He claims that prayer is never to be conducted in front of anyone and that there is no Hell. And there are so many more claims that with just a simple browsing of the bible fall apart. He runs a website...

This book reveals what has been hidden about the true christianity of Jesus Christ. Churchianity was substituted for the truth in order for men to gain power, and this book reveals it very well. I agreed, after study, with 99% of the author's information, with only a small difference about the mark of the beast. This book will be called heresy by most, but christian truths often are. Eye opening reading!!!

Very inlighting book, He reads between the lines and has looked at this concept as I have for years. He speaks of our modern day churches as the "feel good" churches. It's just as the bible says " in the latter days the church will become the harlot".

He claims that prayer is never to be conducted in front of anyone and that there is no Hell. And there are so many more claims that with just a simple browsing of the bible fall apart. He runs a website where his outright hostility towards people is evident. I would stay away from these distortions of the bible. He also claims that all of the books that arent in the bible should be. He quotes from them where it serves his purpose but ignores the fact that many of the books ommited from the bible often contradict other books in the bible.
overall this guys books are just hostile attempts to bring down the church and christians which i feel somewhere in the past have done this individual wrong and he is now attempting to get back at them both.

I have this book, it's very good, in fact all Patrick Cooke's books are great reads and opens your mind to other interpertations of the good book (Bible) ... I like Patrick's web site also, I think his view of church doctrine and corporate control of the world is dead on...no matter how insulted those involved in such institutional occupations....His site especially touches on UFO incounters and creation stories envolving giants in old testament books and one's long lost like (Book of Enoch) or all books in the Bible time frame for that matter... As a young man he studied to be a minister at 15 years old, so he does have a Bible based start even though now say's that the God's or Elohim of Gensis may be beings incredibly old compared to us... or may be what we know as God etc... He has been on a lot of internet radio shows and on Coast to Coast AM two times etc...He works in the construction business and does all this on the side as a well loved hobbie. He also works in a charity for poor people to supply food etc..near his house, very interesting man...He tries to bring about many of Christ's teachings into reality actually trying to do many biblical commands etc..He actually got the idea to start THE BIBLE UFO CONNECTION web site after seeing the great pyramid in Egypt and thinking how did they do that, there is no way that was built with human hands etc.. He thinks along the lines of a few other "Ancient Astronaut" type authors but has many better idea's with a more bibical view on it if you can call it that ... Even though the idea of UFO's in the Bible seem strange at first, after all the evidence is presented it makes total sense to me.....This book is more earth based though in church doctrine type events and corporate inflence and control (I think anyway) His site below is amazing and will convert any non UFO believer...no doubt in my mind on UFO events in bibical times....I feel like I know this guy I have all his books and radio shows and never met him......what is the truth of Christianity anyway that is the real issue everywhere for me and when you add other religions and myth's like Patrick has done on his web site, it becomes clear to everyone who will see it .....This book is just one small part of his large site...suggest to go there first just to get a feel for what I'm trying to say here .... great read on a sunny afternoon

Check out his great site here [...]
