Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

Only a small part of any company's information is contained in databases. Most is in the form if documents, such as invoices, legal records, and correspondence, which need to be stored and retrieved in a database format. Author Michael Sutton provides a "roadmap" for planning and implementing such a document management system, using descriptive case studies, providing practical solutions, and detailing available commercial products.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Resource, October 31, 2001

This review is from: Document Management for the Enterprise: Principles, Techniques, and Applications (Paperback)
Document Management never made so much sense until I read this book. I am a Systems Engineer and loved the simple and technical balance that this book presented this topic. I not only got some things out of it, I am not scared to give it to my entry level employees so they can learn from it.
