Very helpful,
By A Customer
This review is from: Document Strategy Design Workbook (Paperback)
This workbook is a helpful tool to design a corporate document strategy. I recommend it for anyone in the document processing, records management or information processing fields. The author's method is complete, without getting bogged down in too much technical detail (which is often the case with other books in this vein). Blank forms and case studies guide you through a five-phase model. The aim is to methodically step through specific areas of assessment, justification and implementation needed for a successful document strategy. The process has a solid Quality Management foundation, and the workbook (along with the original text "Designing a Document Strategy") is a unique and valid approach to improve corporate document systems.
