This first DVD in the set is supposed to tell the life story of MJ up to including his last days thorough interviews with close personal friends and family. I watched the film and I don't have any idea who these "friends of Michael Jackson" people are who are supposedly telling MJs story but they don't know anymore than the next Michael Jackson fan and they give no insight into what the man is really like. I could have read wikepedia and got more information. No original music and some funky light effects throughout the video.... It was a horrible 70 minute experience. The second DVD was not much better. It was supposed to be full of interviews never before seen---a person would have to be in one of the extreme corners of the world with possibly no access to common media outlets...(which in today's media world is really no where) to get the lame information that was in this product. . And the set was supposed to include exclusive rare photos-NOT!!! Do not buy unless want to experience a horrific piece of media.

This DVD was supposed to tell you and show you bits of Michael. It had no actually footage of Michael. The second CD says live interview....well you hear it but you dont see anything. This was definatly a rip off scammers trying to make money off of Michael Jackson. Please do not support these people....
Total waste of money

Do NOT waste your money on this! It's a sham. There's no live interview, just a bunch of cut and paste segments from different interviews put together. DVD is not any better. I feel cheated. Save your cash for something better.

This is a piece of crap! The same video of Michael over and over. None of his music....it's just a pathetic attempt to make money off of the death of an icon. DON'T waste your money!

only 2 or 3 people's interviews even mattered.

I have to say that this was not disrespectful..it just was not an authorized or proffessional peice of material.The people interviewed are people who have worked in the studio with him. I did find some of what was said interesting ,as it it gave information on what Michael is like in the recording studio. Nothing here made me mad but it was not worth what I paid for it. There is no music or footage of performances because it is not a liscenced product. The interview cd was a disapointment because there were snippets from the same interview throughout-as well as award ceremnoy sound bites and for God so loved the world I do not know why they had the entire recording of MJs statement from Neverland confronting the first accusers allegations...who wants to listen to that? Not me it was heartbreaking.

I found this item to be really disappointing. There is very little footage of Michael Jackson at all, and because it is unauthorized, there is no original Michael Jackson music in it. The interviews are mostly with people I've never heard of, although the interview with Sam Brown, who worked with Michael in the 70s was interesting. It is basically very boring and seems more like some documentary that you would have to watch in a class at school. I would not have paid $5 for this DVD, let alone $15. The accompanying CD is ok, but it is disjointed and has only Michael's answers to questions, not the questions themselves. It also has a few bits and pieces from some speeches he made at awards ceremonies. It is the only part of this package worth owning. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

It looks cheaply made and it definitely isn't worth the price it's listed as but all in all it really wasn't that bad. The interviews were intertaining and contained some rare photos of Michael.

This truly is a poorly put together exploitation of Michael's Death, not worth the money. The only redeeming thing about it, I've found is that when I just want to hear his voice, I will play disc two, which has some of his interviews. This is the only reason why I did not return this item,really. Not worth the money.
