It's #1,One of the best I've read.
To the author Gary E. MacLean, This was one of the best written books I've read on this subject. You really know how to put things in prospective. Your book, ISO 9000, is a MUST in all small and large bussiness.

If someone asked me how to implement ISO 9000 in the most inefficient way possible, I would tell them to follow this book. After looking at this book, I can see why ISO 9000 has such a wretched reputation.
