Tim Egan writes/illustrates fanciful, fun & imaginative stories that delight children...once I discovered him, I've bought many of his books for my friends' kids...they adore the stories and the illustrations!!

First off, I'm a fan of Tim Egan's -- love his drawings, the understated colors, and the dry humor. You know Duck is going to do something out of the ordinary; there's tension in waiting to find out. Even though we've read the book to the grandchildren at least four times, they still want to hear it and look at the illustrations. And chuckle!
