Book Description

2 and upEarly Experiences
With a friendly and funny question-and-answer format which compares people and animals, this book provides the perfect vehicle for introducing children to experiences they all encounter as they grow and develop. While a lion may abstain from using a toothbrush, Fred Ehrlich s exaggerated humor leads perfectly to the fact that these are functions each child needs to master. Both author and artist present their material in a manner designed to be informative and reassuring, as well as funny.

I was struggling with my toddler when it came to brushing her teeth. This book helped her understand what I was doing and it just became less of a struggle with us.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as I had hoped, February 3, 2009
I was so looking forward to using this book to help my two girls brush their teeth, but I was a little disappointed with it. There are a few editing mistakes that are distracting to me every time I read it, and there are a few occasions where it would have been more helpful if the author had gone into more detail. I don't know if there is a better book about toothbrushing out there, but there should be.
