Does the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7 inch student edition have a SIM card slot?

@RD He is asking about the Mobile SIM card slot, not the memory card slot. The Galaxy tab 2 7 inch could come with a SIM Slot, but this specific Amazon student edition does NOT have one.

There is no SIM CARD slot. You can only use with WiFi. There is a slot for a memory card.

No it does not have a SIM card slot. It has a slot for a Micro SD card.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (even the student edition) does NOT use a SIM card, unless you get one from a mobile provider such as AT&T or Sprint, which are designed with a slightly different system. And even if the device WAS from a wireless service provider, unless you know what you're doing (as in you know how to repair them), you can't remove the back of the unit, where SIM cards are usually placed inside mobile devices.

Yes. It will accommodate up to a 32GB micro SD card.
