Does the SanDisk work with MAC OS?

I believe so. If you search the web for instructions for the SanDisk Sansa, I believe it will tell you about it for sure

Sorry, I honestly do not know. I use a PC and I do not have the box it came in any longer.

Sorry, I only have a PC and I've never tried to pair it up with a MAC so I don't know.

It should as it has the option of changing to MSC or MTP format. Either one of these formats should allow the device to be detected. Its plug and play for PC and should be likewise with MACs.
