When I first received this cookbook, I thought I would flip through the pages quick but found myself sitting and reading every page. The quotes made me laugh and the childhood memories and sense of humor made me feel like I have known Rona all my life.
The recipes are easy to follow, and the healthy lifestyle Rona enjoys seems to be an attainable goal to all ages and sizes.
The charts and food lists are very helpful.
I totally recommend this book to everyone committed to better eating habits.

I think that Rona has done and excellent job in providing her readers with recipes from her own experience and knowledge with regards to her fitness, training, and eating right. If you look at her and read the book you want to be her or be like her, Rona is an inspiration to the workout world and has given everyone who reads this book the tools to emulate her. I am very proud to know her and it's a privilege to be able to write a review about her book.

Sincerly,

Format: Paperback
I don't think I have ever said, "Boy, that cookbook was a great read!" Until now, that is. In reading each page of Rona's cookbook I found myself either smiling, ooo-ing and aahh-ing, wishing I had more humans to cook for, or all of the above! And although I have delved deeply into the world of "food as medicine" I learned a great deal, and so will you. You won't just read Rona's creative, easy to prepare and undeniably delicious dishes, you will learn what to buy, when to buy it and why each recipe so healthy, while your mouth is savoring each bite... The photography is enticing, the quotes entertaining and the entire book is highly enjoyable. Whether you're a strict vegan or a die-hard carnivore, Rona has created culinary treasures for you -- ENJOY!
