I don't understand what you mean by "tilt feature." Yes, you can MANUALLY tilt the camera unit both horizontally and vertically to get it in the perfect spot and leave it there. NO, the camera does not automatically "tilt" or pan on its own. Hope this helps.

We just bought this and the description, packaging, and instructions don't say anything about tilting but it's fairly intuitive once you have it in hour hands. Like in the picture it opens and closes like a clam shell giving you a vertical tilt. It pivots horizontally 45degrees or so each way. It also come with a stand that it mounts to giving you additional vertical range.

Question1.
This product includes two A/C adaptors as I see the picture. Is it right?

Question2.
I want to use this product in my house(the power is 220v only)
Then, do I have to buy the "110v-240v compatible Power Adaptor"
in the "Frequently Bought Together"? or the power adaptors in the baby monitor are also
110v-240v compatible?

Yes. If you look at the picture of the camera, you can see the blue "holder" on the right side. The camera pivots left and right from it. In addition, the whole camera piece, which is standing up, can move up and down from the base. It's easy to turn by hand.
