The picture was terrible and the tv was damaged when they delivered it. I would not buy another one.

No. The picture qulity is bad. The channel button don't work.

Not built into the TV. But I use my cable box for the picture in picture feature. And the TV works fine with that.

I haven't came across that yet it may.But I don't use that feature it doesn't say it on the remote.

It does not state in the manual or have a button on the tv remote that would make you believe it has a Picture in Picture feature, however with our cable ( WOW ) there is a button on the cable remote that brings up a Picture in Picture. I realize this doesn't answer your question and for that I apologize. Just trying to tell you what i know:) Happy Holidays
