A
Nope, this is exclusively for bananas. Any other use would void the warranty and risk personal injury.

A
It will work on any type of dog, large or small. It is perfect on poodles. It is NOT necessary to heat the dog first though.

Yes, in fact just this morning I was sitting atop a case of franks and used this device to slice a banana with much success.

If your dog has a curve to it, it works well. Straight dogs get truncated at the tip.

I have informed Amazon that your question is inappropriate. Get bent and of course not on hot dogs, only kielbasa.

I am sorry, you will need the Hutzler 572 Hotdog slicer. It is more expensive, however- it has to cut the mustard.

As far hotdogs go, it doesn't work on footlongs (unless its already bent), but it melts right through a cheese injected wiener.

Jocelyn, no offense, but using it on hot dogs is the wurst idea ever.
