This tablet has SSD which help it boot up faster. On regular boot, it skip showing the BIOS screen and goes to Windows boot screen Once it shows the desktop it might take 10-15 second to connect to WiFi, but it could be the crap router AT&T makes me use.

It is largely depended on if you know how to tune your desktop, by uninstall or disabling apps that start up and disabling unused services. For me, it takes about 45seconds to the point of actually able to start launching apps, but 15 more seconds for the WiFi to connect.
