I don't know but my woman charges her ipad and and her iphone and I use it to charge my phone and my rc heli's with them I have 2 and have ordered 2 more they work well for us so far better than the USB chargers I have got from wal-mart for around 10 bucks these were just under 4 bucks on amazon can't see where it was a bad deal as of yet but I have only had them for about 3 or 4 weeks now but I charge rc heli's with them almost daily
It is a 4 amp charger, so it should be able to work with the kindle touch and all other tablets. Motorola puts a special IC chip in their chargers that makes them compatible with all devices. However, you will still need to use your own data cable that came with the kindle touch. Worst case scenario, you can buy one and send it back if it does not!
