Does your spohie stand? I just got the Spohie for my son, but somehow it does not stand by itself as shown in many picture here. Does your Spohie stand? Mine will fall forward?

Not usually. I doubt the one in the picture is actually standing. It's probably just lying on a white background.

Nope, doesn't stand but for a moment... doesn't matter cause when our LO sees Sophie, he grabs her and starts to chew.

She does stand on a very flat surface, rather precariously, however and it's with a backward lean, so I guess they all differ from toy to toy! My kiddo is 3 months and loves putting her fingers and all kinds of blankets and fabrics (mostly her own clothing) into her mouth, but so far has only a mild interest in Sophie. She did get one of Sophie's legs caught in her mouth yesterday which caused her to gag, so I'd say this toy should be used with adult supervision.

DD= Darling Daughter (DH husband, DS son, etc.)

Yes, it stands and my 7 mth old baby loves her!! she smiled at it from the 1st day she got it and continues to smile when she hears it squeak. Beautiful simple toy!!

what does LO stand for? I always see these abbreviations (DD as well?) and never deciphered it!
