This outfit was way cute. The shipping charges were way too high for this item. It could have been mailed in a manilla envelope and saved a lot of postage. How much handling is there to a little dog outfit?

This is cute but of poorer quality than expected. Also sizing is smaller than I needed. Too much of a pain to return for a small item.

I had ordered this and was very disappointed in the quality of the product. The shipping and handling was very high for the weight and size of this sweater, the cost of the sweater was under $5, so I thought live and learn, whats $10? I originally wasn't going to complain or send it back, but then Amazon contacted me about writing a review, so I did. It was not favorable. PETS PRO SHOP contacted me and asked if I removed the negative review, they would refund my money, but I would need to remove the negative review first, which I did (silly me). Several months later, I AM STILL WAITING ON THE REFUND--I HAVE NOT YET SEEN IT ON MY CREDIT CARD BILL. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY, CLEARLY NO FOLLOW-THROUGH. As cute as this sweater is, its not worth the $5 (really $10 if you include the overcharged shipping and handling cost). Everyone should think twice before buying anything from PETS PRO SHOP.

My dogs hated this sweater. They tore the feathers out almost right away. It is thinly knitted so it is just for show not for warmth.
