A very nice pictorial pointing out the steps and positions for the dog and handler as well as side bars that give common issues you will find when training for each exercise. If you aren't a deep reader then this book is up your alley. If you are looking for training theory and behavior, pass this one up.

This is the BEST dog tricks book out there! For both the beginner or the advanced dog trainers this book is easy to follow. It has great photos, and many different tricks. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to teach you dog new tricks, this is the book! It steps you through each trick with simple instructions and full-color photos of each step. I'm currently teaching my 4-month old Australian Shepherd to stand tall, walk tall, take a bow, along with a few other tricks. Very good investment for a hardcover book and at only $0.99 (used, but in like new condition) + $3.00 shipping, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend this book.

Full of fun games and cool tricks to teach your dog. A lot of good, common sense tricks that most dogs should pick up on fairly quickly.

Not the light hearted and fun book I thought it was going to be although the title `Dog Tricks : Fun and Games for Your Clever Canine' suggests it. I would not recommend it to anyone genuinely serious about training their dog tricks. Other better books are on the market.

Clicker,
This review is from: Dog Tricks: Fun and Games for Your Clever Canine (Hardcover)
The book is well written and received quickly. I was told by me trainer to teach a trick at least once a month to my young Manchester Terrier to keep his mind going on good things. I just don't like the idea of using a clicker to have him do his "tricks". what happens when you tell him to do something and don't have a clicker with you? Just saying "good boy" with gusto works as well and you always have your voice with you.
