Kendyr tea (Apocynum venetum L.) is a popular herb in Asia, not only as a cardiotonic, to promote circulatory system, but also as a natural tranquilizer, similar to St. John's wort or Griffonia seeds. The plant is known as Luo bu ma in Chinese, or Spreading Dogbane in English (its molecule is registered in US as Posinol, or Venetron in Brazil).
If you are suffering anxiety attacks or feeling pangs of death when you wake up, as I was, following a recent stroke healed by angioplasty, it could be the right remedy.
Besides dogbane leaves extract, Dogbane Combo tablets (produced & sent from Hebei, China & GMP certified) are said to include a mixture of hawthorn fruit, chrysanthemum flower, achyrantes root, alisma rhizome, heal-all spike and conch's nacre.
Start taking 2 tablets 2 times a day. After a week, you can incease up to 5 tablets 3 times, if necessary. Do not use in the evening if you are an apnea sleeper.
