5.0 out of 5 stars Make Your Dogs Happy
I bought this for my two Bernese Mountain Dogs to play pull with each other. Other pull toys where ripped to shreds after a day or two but this on is still entertaining them. Good toy for big strong dogs.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not a big hit
Thought this item was going to be a great hit with my puppies, but not so much. Isn't as sturdy to throw.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best toy we have ever bought our dog!!!!, September 25, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
We named this toy "Mr. Moo", and Joey, our longhair mini dachshund, who can destroy all toys no matter what they are, dearly loves this toy. He prances all over the house carring Mr. Moo with him and squeaks his legs and chews on him all day long. It takes about 6 months for him to totally destroy Mr. Moo, so we buy them 2 at a time.
The material is super heavy and the stitching is even heavier! Bravo to PentaPulls!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars 5 squeakers!, January 20, 2010

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Doggles PentaPulls Dog Toy (Misc.)
The best toy we've found yet for our retriever/setter mix. She just loves going after squeakers, so the fact that this one has 5 makes it last much longer than anything else we've tried. And, as the previous reviewer mentioned, even after the squeakers are gone, this is still a fun toy to play with!

4.0 out of 5 stars Better than most tuggable and chewables, December 15, 2009

If you have a tough chewer, this one will last more than most toys. It has some stuffing, so if your pup is like mine she'll get that out after working on it for a while. But this thing lasts much longer than any other stuffed toy and even unstuffed and in rags is tough enough for more fun!

Great for tugging and letting a big chewer go to town!

1.0 out of 5 stars Shredded, January 5, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
We had great reviews from a friend on this toy. thought we'd try it for our two dogs. Within minutes they had it opened and began shredding it. Now after a few days it's a ball of thread. If you have dogs who like to dig in don't spend the money on this toy. Golden Retreiver and a Husky mix.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love it!!!, December 21, 2011

Someone bought this for our dog last year and it lasted over 6 months where most other soft toys don't even last a week. When it was finally time to get rid of the old ducky, I decided to buy 5 so he could have one at our house and at the grandparents house and a few extras!

1.0 out of 5 stars Destroyed, December 13, 2011

Wanted to find my yellow lab/golden retriever 2 yr old dog a good strong toy with squeakers. The other reviews on this product throughout the web are great, but my dog had this thing torn apart in no time, is it just my dog? So devastated. The funny thing is I had also purchased an inexpensive rubbery squeaker toy from a chain store and that one has lasted over a week!

5.0 out of 5 stars lab vs racoon Pentapull....Pentapull won, September 20, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I was so thrilled that our black lab couldn't destroy the racoon Petapull in almost 5 months that I purchased 3 Pentapulls for our new pup, a dacs-minpin. In 3 days he tore into all three of them...they are now in the huge mound of dog-toys-to-mend...(our toy hospital on top of our crystal display case)...The poor lab sits at the base of the display and stares up at the pile of toys and whines softly...so sad...not :) I'll devote time to mend all the toys and by then the pup will be older and hopefully will have shed some of the needle-teeth.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good for a rough dog, July 23, 2011
My family took bets on how our German Shepherd Buddy would destroy this toy. First he chewed an ear off and pulled out all the stuffing. Then he chewed a leg off. Then he chew another leg off. Then he nibbled holes in the body. The body is getting threadbare and it only has two legs left, so it's time to buy a new one. Why am I buying a new toy if our dog managed to destroy it? Because it took him two months to do so, and he loves this toy. He doesn't eat the pieces he pulls off (I think because they're not soft like a plush toy), and he grabs this toy to shake around when he gets excited instead of a pillow or a towel. Plus, none of the squeakers are broken yet. I stuffed the squeakers from the amputated legs into the body.

Bottom line: If you have a rough and tumble dog that likes to mangle toys, give this one a try. It's not indestructible, but it is very difficult to destroy.

5.0 out of 5 stars If your dog is a Shredder this might be the one for you, February 5, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I have a young Rough Collie, 10mths old about 70lbs. He is without a doubt the most distructive dog (with his toys) I've ever owned. He doesn't chew them he literally rips and pulls them to shreds! No matter the size or quality it normally takes him only minutes to rip them into quarter size pieces. He's had his Pentapull Racoon for an entire week now, an amazing time frame for him. It certainly doesn't look very health but it still has some life in it and that's amazing! I'll be watching for a lower price and ordering another one asap.
