I bought this bowl for an outing in the park with my three dogs. I guess it worked ok for the day, but it's not waterproof, and I ended up having to stash it in a ziplock and then drain it out every time I wanted to give the dogs some water. That also made it messier than needed; since it was wet, it kept sticking to everything, and I'd have to waste water to wash it off so the dogs could drink clean water. I think for the hassle I'll just put a stainless steel bowl in my backpack and be off.

Got one of the small ones to use as a hiking water bowl for our 60lb dog. I was worried it wouldn't be big enough, but it's the perfect size, it's sturdy, it folds up really small and is easy to clean.

This bowl is great for tossing in a backpack or car when out with the dog- dries fast- doesnt smell-i took mine for air travel- made getting the dog a drink easy and easy to stash.

This is a great little dog bowl to take with you when you are on the road, hiking, walking or biking with your dog. It is very convenient to fold up when not in use and it holds water without leaking.

Product is good. I just wanted something to have handy and small to give my pups water. It does the job well.

Having looked for these locally, but to no avail, I ordered from Amazon. I have a VERY large dog (Newfie mix) and all I could find were the smaller ones. This bowl is perfect for us and it was a GREAT deal, too! It took about a week to arrive with regular shipping.

Very cute and easy to transport... to the reviewer who said it wasn't water tight.... its not intended to CARRY the water.

it folds up easily, and is pretty stable with water in it. It didn't even spill when I placed it on the seat with water while traveling.

Wife and I bought two of these bowls. We take one with us for walks, etc.. and only use the other for food when traveling. As a water bowl, it works perfectly, holds water just fine with no leaks and folds up easily with a snap closure for easy storage. It's easy to rinse out/clean off and let air dry. We bought it with the intention of a stationary water bowl, so we don't have feedback on how it holds up while driving or in motion. We wait until we're stopped to let our dog eat/drink anyway. Since it holds water perfectly as needed, we don't see any problems holding dry food. There is a drawstring "top" to the bowl to help prevent spillage. You could probably get away with buying only one, but we didn't want to have to transfer food out and need a place to put it while we used it for water then put food back in when the drinking was done.

The picture was deceiving. I thought I was getting two bowls for this price. Nope I was wrong. Oh well, I only wanted it to bring water on the walks. Still works just a little deceiving.
