5.0 out of 5 stars Sci-fi/Horror Excellence! July 5, 2012
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
Such a great comic! I really enjoyed everything about it. Maybury's artwork is awesome, and I loved what he did with a limited color palette. The writing's great as well! You really feel a sense of danger and hopelessness as the group of cosmonauts try to survive on Mars. The book is a bit short, but one of the few short books I've read that left me feeling fulfilled. Think that's a sign of some solid storytelling. Finally to reiterate, it's an awesome comic and I highly recommend it!

Also, little side note, like the other reviewer mentioned, if you didn't like Prometheus and wanted something more, here's the book for you! If you thought Prometheus was alright (like me) and want a somewhat similar sci-fi outing, pick it up!

I randomly picked up this book at comic con and i LOVE how simple it is. I just know that I couldn't put the book down after I started it. Love the limited palette, the inks, everything! Not visually overwhelming which is a huge plus. Love

5.0 out of 5 stars The Prometheus you were waiting for. July 4, 2012
Format:Paperback
Were you really wanting a suspenseful horror story about impossibly insane aliens chasing a hot, strong woman? This book delivers on all levels of awesome. The story is engaging, drags you along with little resistance and only a small amount of blood, coupled with Paul Maybury's exquisite three color art (red+black+white) it creates a unique and unbelievable experience. The damn thing finished before I was ready, but I was left completely satisfied. I mean, it's a ghost story, it's full of aliens, the flow is perfect, the art is beyond compare. I really don't understand how you got this far in this review thing, seriously buy this book.
