My dog is probably one of the pickiest dogs I have ever met. I have tried dog treat after dog treat and he refuses to eat any of them. More recently, he was diagnosed with a heart murmur and is on a fairly strict diet. I bought this product, hoping that he would eat it, but expecting for him to turn up his nose. To my happy surprise, he absolutely loves them and I have to keep a supply in the house!!! His vet has also approved of them, so everyone is Happy!!!

I have had dogs all my life. I used to only give dog food & table scraps for years. I noticed with a poor human diet of my family & dog food they died early and/or had many issues.
We had one dog that would not eat dog biscuits of any kind if made with grains & would rather starve then eat kibble. If fed canned dog food w/grains he was lethargic & had bad gas. That is when realized dogs cannot digest grains. We did research to find kibble is cooked at such high temperatures that all the good nutrients are gone & all you have left is the oils, etc. that is hard to digest. Our dog now within a year of his birth was very lethargic, moody, depressed & seemed to have arthritis even on no grain kibble. Within a month of given rice & meat only canned dog food he was more energetic & no more arthritis. He still had a little issue with rice, so we find very simple dog food or rarely give it to him & give him human grade canned or refrigerated pre-cooked meat with frozen veggies, pre-cooked eggs, occasional fresh fruits, nuts & olive oil for fat for shiny coat. With the China scare I was not worried much since he ate mostly human grade food & the dog food I choose I read the labels for the most quality ingredients. When I read these reviews, I admit since I've used this product for 2 years w/o issues on a sensitive dog, I never checked the origin like I do when debating new dog food products. I checked the internet & this product was never on the recall list & they had their product analyzed by a lab very soon after the massive recall to prove they were safe. (Do a search.) Considering almost all dog products have grains, there are so many dog "cookies" it's very hard to find simple meat treats w/nothing added. Edit: We bought beef tendon treats & found out the hard way irritated foods also made our dogs very grumpy, not want to be bothered & lethargic for several days. Luckily this product is also not irritated. We wouldn't know what to do without them.

MADE IN CHINA... And my dog is Healthy and LOVES these.,

My dog loves these treats. I see that some people give this product a bad review simply b/c there made in China, NOT because they've actually ever used them.... There is a lot of food that we as humans eat that is also made in China. That is no reason to not purchase this product. My dog loves these and has never gotten sick from eating these. Excellent product.

Our three dogs love the Happy Heart treats and they seem to be superior in texture and freshness (although I haven't actually tried them myself - I love my dogs, but not that much!) to what is available in the grocery stores and warehouse clubs. We tend to be leery of products made in China, but an e-mail to the company prior to purchase reassured us that this product contains only FDA human grade ingredients (I'm still not going to try them) and this company has never had a tainted product, according to their very informative and timely response to my inquiry. They are a little more expensive than some other brands, but all in all are a good value and our dogs certainly love them.

I have no idea about the actual heart benefits for this treat - but it is a natural food item and I can understand the ingredients (no strange complicated scientific wording that makes you wonder about what exactly you are feeding your pet).
And my two dogs absolutely love this treat. Good enough for me.

I have a little Yorkie, and he is very finicky about his food and treats. We have tried several brands of dog food as well as treats. This brand hit a home run with my dog "Bentley". We buy all the different treats from Dogswell. He loves them all. This is really a great price on these treats. Will buy more.

Great Treat,

Our dog is a picky eater. She'll eat cheddar cheese, while she will not touch provolone. She loves these treats and eats them up! They're a great alternative to rawhides or bones. She's already gone through two bags and is on her last. I would definitely buy these again.

These have become our dog's favorite treat. He's begun turning down Beggin' Strips and holding out for the Happy Heart. Haven't tried them myself, but based on his reaction, it's two paws way, way up for these!

Good product. Keeps well in containers. I only bought it to allow my puppy to have varieties of treats. Buy them in bulk, and you will save a lot of money as compared to the small bags.
