I really liked "I'll Stay Me", and "Doin' My Thing" is an amazing follow-up. There's really not one song that I want to skip through; the entire CD is playable, start to finish. I also really like that Luke Bryan writes his own songs; he really sounds like he's lived everything he's singing about. Unlike some overly-commercialized recent music, this CD is full of real, honest, comfortable country. You should definitely give it a listen; it's worth the time and money.

I love this CD, I just put it on and play the entire song... hard to find a cd out there these days that I can do that with. Writes all but 3 cds on the cd. What country is, doin my thing, and apologize. doin my thing is credited to another writer which cowrites many other songs with luke on this cd too. apologize is a cover of a one republic song, which is also covered by silverstein, which are two rock groups. Rain is a good thing is mentioned in people magazine country special. My favorites are Do I, Doin my thing, rain is a good thing and welcome to the farm. Do I and Rain is a good thing are now popular on country music stations. Overall excellent CD.

WOW! I have to admit I enjoy this CD more than his debut album! It's definitely got a feel-good vibe throughout! Perfect driving music! He sounds just as awesome live so I encourage everyone to check him out! He does an outstanding cover of 'Apologize' and my favorite track on here is the title track! ;)

Yes, I'm kinda new to country music. It all started with A Reba song and now this cd. I really like this. Luke Bryan has strong vocals and sings in a "sing along " manner. You just can"t help singing along with him. Makes me happy and I feel good hearing him. Would strongly advise listening to this. Once you do, I think you'll agree.

Love this CD......love the music and the service and product were top notch. Recommend it to anyone that is a fan of Luke Bryan.

This cd is just fun country music. Luke Bryant is just different, like he doesn't take himself so seriously and I love his voice. It makes you want to sing along and just have a good time. I love it!

Recently bought all of Luke Bryan's albums, good songs all the way through all, and alot of great ones. Definatly worth buying.

Doin' My Thing is the follow up to Luke's successful debut album I'll Stay Me.
And he's come back even stronger!
Luke still maintains his great laid back country sound,instead this time it's even better.
Some great catchy uptempos include Rain Is A Good Thing,Doin' My Thing and Chuggin' Along.As before he includes a few songs that embrace country life,like Welcome To The Farm and What Country Is.
There's also the big hit ballad Do I which has Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum providing the lovely harmonies.Another gem is Luke's fantastic version of One Republic's song Apologize.This really shows what a truly great voice Luke has.
All in all an absolute stellar effort from a singer/songwriter who is carving out his place in country music just nicely.
Highly recommended!
