Whether in the thinking about it, just starting out or fully experienced stage of swinging, this book offers something for everyone. For those exploring the decision of entering the lifestyle or in their earliest stages of experimentation it is highly informative. Yet written with such humor as to take the intimidation factor away. For the experienced swinger it's a romp down memory lane combined with the reinforcement of things that happen to the best of us. Read it with friends! It should be mandatory reading to all male swingers as it gives supreme insight into the typically more sensitive feelings of the ladies.

I recently saw Simba on the Dr. Keith Ablow TV show a few weeks ago. She and her husband were terrific and not only represented intelligence and class for the swinging community, but inner depth and great perception. Forget the fact they both were gorgeous on the outside, but they brought refreshing insights on the taboo subject. I immediately ordered her book and was absolutely delighted with it. I have to hand it to her for putting her inner most secret thoughts out there for the masses to read.

The book is written with lighthearted humor and things you just can't imagine people would encounter. I dare anyone to flip through the pages of this book, read one page and be able to put it back down. Before I could get the book finished my husband was swiping the book so he could read it (he got tired of me giggling and laughing so much). We have been in the lifestyle for a few years and I thought we knew everything about swinging....until I read Simba's book. New and seasoned swingers will get loads of information from this entertaining book (loved the last chapter where they encountered what could have been one of the worst play dates known to swinging.....HA), but best of all the book makes you think. I could see couples not interested in swinging reading this book and it improving their relationship, because it makes couples talk about things they normally like to ignore or sweep under the rug. I'm telling everyone about this book and now just have to figure out how I can get my copy autographed by Simba - in person!!! Best to you Simba and thank you for writing this eye opening and entertaining book.

My wife and I finished reading this book in one day. Wish we've had it when we first went to Lifestyle - so many mistakes could have been avoided. We've recommended it to all our friends in and out of Lifestyle. Thank you VERY MUCH, SimbaXXX. Regards and Respect.

Written by a lifestyle insider, Doin One For The Team, offers insight on everything from dealing with the emotional issues of sharing one's mate, to every-day practicalities like hygiene. Simbaxxx uses her personal experience to describe how couples can learn and grow from successful swinging encounters as well as ones that are colossal failures. Written in a down-to-earth, reader-friendly style - and with a sense of humor - this is a book I would recommend to anyone who is curious about the lifestyle.

This book is the real deal. A very good read, I read it cover to cover very quickly and it maintained my interest the entire time.

It answered many of the questions we have had, re-assured us that many of the feelings associated with the "Lifestyle" are very normal and everyone has them.

How do I know the author is a genuine swinger herself?? After reading the section regarding on-line swinging sites, I realized what she was describing was the same one we were subscribed to. Punched in her author name from the book and whoola, there she was...a member of the site residing in California, yep...she's got true, first hand experience.

I would recommend this book to anyone interested in learning about swinging. The author does a good job of discussing the issues that inevitably arise when one is considering giving swinging a shot. The substance of the book is very good, but the editing, grammar, and spelling leave a lot to be desired. That's pretty much the case in most books I've read in the swinging genre. Swinger books appear to be written by "real" people, without the assistance of a proofreader or editor. All in all, though, this is a good book that I enjoyed and recommend.

When Simba told me she was doing a book and asked if she could reference our group and I was thrilled at such an honor. We have known Simba for some time and she is a dear friend. I knew this was going to be a book that is a keeper.

I have ordered her book many times to give as a gift and to couples that are new & interested in how "it" all works LOL. Its a really great read, there are so many aspects to the lifestyle and Simba's book covers many of them. The LS is not your parents "key parties" anymore LOL. In this day and age its about people making friends & connections being able to laugh and have fun not having to walk the straight and narrow for fear of offending people with fun innuendos and flirty behavior, keeping in mind that sex is not a requirement to have LS fun.

People too often think "swinger? ewww" and lets face it, thats not how it is... But everyone has an opinion (often from people who are ignorant and have no idea what they are talking about!) The stupid and seedy, out of date myths are long gone my friends, and this book helps clear it up & break it down even more!! in a classy and humerous way that sheds light into a world that people really don't know much about.

Unfortunately-there isnt anything we can do for Mr Empty Pants..LOL

Please please please-- THIS IS A MUST HAVE for those of you that want to know or are just curious-- you wont be disappointed. I will continue to promote for Mrs Simba she did a terrific job!!!!

When I received this book I couldn't wait to get started reading it. When my "significant other" came home I was already thru the 4th chapter. So I started the book over again! It's that good! We finished the whole book in one sitting! We've both been interested in the swing lifestyle but didn't know anything about it. Now we feel comfortable enough to start attending parties, thanks to the tips we got from this book. If your thinking about entering "the lifestyle" this book is a must read!

My wife and I have been experimenting with the lifestyle for a year now, and we found this book to be very helpful in deciphering some of the Lifestyle do's and don'ts. It was especially helpful in explaining the emotional aspects connected with feelings pre- and post- playtime. we reccommend it to anyone considering or newly into the Lifestyle.

This is the first book I have read on the subject. I found it to be interesting though the emphasis is placed on getting the female to partake in the lifestyle. While this may be what some people need advice on, it was not at all what I was looking for. The bad grammar throughout the book was also quite annoying...

All in all an okay source of information.
