Excellent for XPATs and doing business in Japan,

For XPATs going to live and do business in Japan - this should be read before and after the first year of being there. It gives a great how to storyline about the nuances of Japanese business culture and behaviors. I wish that I had gotten a copy 10 years ago. It reveals the culture and 'how to's' in a way that is both interesting and informative.
