This review is from: Doing Nothing is NOT an Option!: Facing the Imminent Labor Crisis (Hardcover)
The next 5-7 years will be a recruiting and retention nightmare for organizations if they fail to be employers-of-choice to boomers facing retirement age. Many need or want to continue working, which is good news for the workplace, since there are only 54 million Xers to fill the 76 million places boomers now occupy. Critchley lays it all out and helps us confront the challenge. His message is timely, clear and actionable. Reading his latest book is not an option.
