Great price compared to Canon
Seems to hold a charge almost as long as canon but only time will tell. The price is very reasonable. I will update after having the battery for a while.

this battery worked for about 5 minutes
The Canon battery that came with my camera is great--lasts a good long time. But this "good as the brand name" battery doesn't work worth a nickle. I'd never buy one again.

I bought this battery less than a year ago and now it is dead, it will no longer hold a charge. Don't buy it!!!

Works just fine. Same as the Canon battery at a smaller price. Same amount of battery life. I have the Canon PowerShot SD780 IS. Somehow lost the battery in Vegas but still had the camera and SD card in the morning. No clue what happend. But this battery works great so that's all you should know and care about.

Luckily, this battery was free with my Canon purchase. Otherwise, I would be a very upset customer. Goes dead after about 50 pictures. I wouldn't pay a dollar for it.

backup camera battery,

I purchased this battery as a bundled deal along with a Canon camera. It will be a backup to not have to stop to recharge when traveling around Europe. I have not had a need to use it since I have only had the camera for a couple of weeks and the camera comes with a battery. The bundled price was excellent ($10) and shipping was free with the camera.
