I have watched a lot of these episodes and yet this is one that I have enjoyed a great deal. With the war and situations with terrorist, etc. to understand what the doctors go through was very well handled. Sorry for the doctor who went a bit too far, yet I would recommend this episode because of the talents and handling of this sensitive topic.

The wonderful team of Vincent D'Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe make this a hit show along with the writing and wonderful plots. I miss it being on the air and feel that it should have continued much longer. It's a great to find it on amazon instant video!
