I HAD PURCHASED THIS FITNESS VIDEO ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO, AND FOLLOWED IT DAILY AND THE RESULTS WERE TREMENDOUS. THIS VIDEO IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO BURN FAT, MUSCLE TONE AND STAY FLEXIBLE. IT IS GREAT FOR MEN AND WOMAN ALIKE HE COVERS EACH EXERCISE IN PROPER FORM FOR EACH.THANKS AND GOOD LUCK!

I rented this video and was very happy I did it. Dolf is a great athlete and knows what he is doing. I tried to repeat his exercises after him. Works great! His English language is very understandable (I am Russian). So, I am in a very good health and am in a process of exchanging some of my fat for muscles.
