Unfortunately the headphones went wrong some weeks ago.

I'm usually pretty careful with such things so I don't know how a wire got pulled out of one of the ear pieces.

I tried calling for an RMA number as suggested in the listing, and the phone number no longer works.

First, I didn't read the small print, that they ONLY work with the Dolphin system. (Which I do not have.) However, a quick trip to radioshack and I had a jack to be able to use them. (though to be honest, it sticks out a ways from the plug- a tad awkward.)
They offered good sound, when I could keep them in my ears.
I tried putting my cap over them, but they still popped out- there are little clips that come with them, but the cord came out of the one clip and the other only kept the earbud close to my ear (clipped to my goggle strap) and didn't help with keeping it IN my ear. It was very frustrating to stop and readjust them often. (I finally gave up and switched back to my old ones that only work in one ear, but at least stay IN the ear.)
I'm hoping with some more experimenting when I'm not pressed for time in my workout, that I will find a way to get them to work and stay in so I can enjoy music in both ears.

Dolphin mpe3 player is a good equipment to listen music whle swimming and the headphones that comes along with it are the only one you can use with it.

The headset I got with the system just lasted 6 months so I had to order more. They are ok (water still gets into my ears sometimes), hoping that this new headset will last more than the previous one.

Looks and works as original headphones. Reason I gave 4 stars because it has same issue as original phones.Wires are twisting when plug is getting screwed in causing eventually one of the wires breaking off.Plug has to be unscrewed every time when player needs to be recharged. Now since I know this problem I hold wire and plug firmly while twisting the player.

I tried calling for an RMA number as suggested in the listing, and the phone number no longer works. I wanted to return the headphones because they do not fit my DolphinTOUCH Pro. The listing says they should, but the jack on the headphones is too small for the mp3 player. I have all the original paperwork, instructions, box, serial numbers, etc. for the mp3 player. The headphones and mp3 player are made by the same company. Why don't they fit? And why can't I at least return them? Buyer beware...

The headphones do not work properly. Not only on the swimmingpool but also out of water. The product has poor quality and the shipping costs are comparable with the product costs, so a refund is not worth. Only the product costs are refundable, which are equal or lower than the shipping cost. I feel cheated

it's a strange thing, but the left piece is lower in volume than the right.
It's my 3'rd pair and the first to have this issue.
I checked the dolphin player for balance volume Left-Right but theres no option whatsoever.
Verry annoying

*UPDATE*:
Ive been rethinking it and there must have been something else causing this since the only explanation would be some kinda filter left inside the earpiece, which is like nearly impossible.
So I looked inside my dolphins connection and i could see a small amount of oxidation on the inner contact.
After cleaning (as good as possible cause its very tiny) i reconnected the earpiece and now they work perfectly.
So after like 2 years of use, moisture must have gotten inside the player itself
