This is an astringent and dries up weepy wounds and similar maladies. It seems to speed healing.

I've used an ointment for my athlete's foot but I just could not get rid of the itchy liquid filled bumps under my arch. I've read about this drying agent, Domeboro as a foot soak so I went to the local drugstore and bought one and boy it was expensive. After the fourth day of twice daily 20 minute soak the bumps are gone and I felt no discomfort when I'm walking as is the case before I tried Domeboro.

I use this along with the Zeasorb Powder since Domeboro is only an astringent and not for getting rid of the fungus.

My grandson was born with cancer. During chemo treatments, domeboro kept his diaper rash from the chemo under control.

As one who gets allergic reactions from non-gold/silver mixed metals, I was tired of scratching and the over the counter creams didn't help. THIS did. Not cheap, but you make up an envelope and can use the liquid till done-so not impossible either.

Last year I was bitten by mosquitos so bad and my skin started to itch pretty bad too. I googled for some relief and found this. My rash ended up being a huge bubble which I popped several times. Once the liquid was out of the bubble you can imagine how uncomfortable it was. Domeboro was the only thing that gave it relief and seems also to have helped it heal.
