This is the 2nd edition of the first legal textbook written in the area of Domestic Violence law in the U.S. It is a necessity for anyone in the U.S. who wishes to work with clients who are victims of domestic violence, or with clients who are accused batterers. If you want to have a comprehensive foundation in all the pertinent issues, read this. Don't forget the 2008 supplement!
