Domingo Martinez lives in Seattle, WA. His work has appeared in Epiphany Literary Journal, This American Life, and The New Republic.
He is a 2013 Pushcart Prize nominee and a Finalist for 2012 National Book Award.
Mr Martinez was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas.
Except for a brief nine-month lapse of judgment when he tried to move back to Texas, Mr Martinez has lived in Seattle for nearly 20 years. He lives awkwardly in a small 1930s apartment building on lower Queen Anne, enjoying the absence of sunlight.
