If you are into Dancehall/Reggae and you don't have this album already -- go out and buy it.
Considered a classic by most.

This album has many great tracks: from "Ghetto Red Hot" to the bouncing bass of "Yush Talk".

Don Dada is also special b/c it talks about history, philosophy, and life.

It is albums like Don Dada that have helped shape the sounds that are found in dancehall today.

There also is contributions made by rapper Heavy D,who was popular at the time of this album.

The only thing I wished was on this album is the "Ghetto Reh Hot" remix that was made into a music video and can be found on vinyl.

If you like the Don Dada, dancehall and the hiphop flava of reggae, then this is a must have for any reggae music lover.Dem no worry we, of course, the best song,then follow that with Nuff Man A Dead,Don Dada and keep going until you work up a good sweat ina dancehall stylie,wind this one up if you dare, an oldie but a real goodie.

supercat the undisputed don dada drops a classic album, one of his best no doubt tough lyrics and nice beats also classic songs like Dolly My Baby and Yush Talk

This CD is one of the classic dancehall CD's from the early 90's when danceahall was at its peak. The Cat is veteran DJ from the mid 80's who still sounds fresh. The songs are mostly deal with socail problems in the ghettos of Jamaica. The dancehall anthem "Ghetto Red Hot" is appeared here. I think my two favorite songs on here must be the powerfull "fight fi power" and "Nuff Man A Dead". The latter being a ode to fallen entertainers from Jamaica.

The dancehall of the early days is completely different from that of the late nineties. To me, music nowadays is so repetitive and downright annoying. There is just no creativeness or substance to it. It all sounds the same. Now the music on this album is amazing. Supercat is without a doubt the best artist of his time. His flow is so smooth and laid-back. The sound of the album's music just takes u on a vacation in your mind. The songs have a smooth groove and are uplifting in the way reggae used to be. Just check out "Dolly my Baby", Nuff Man a Dead" and Big and Ready.

SUPERCAT IS MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE DANCEHALL ARTIST .HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST.THIS ALBUM WAS REALLY GOOD.THERE WERE GOOD SOUNDS AND AREALGOOD DANCEHALL BEAT.SUPERCAT JUST PERFORMED IN TRINIDAD &TOBAGO IN JULY.I WENT TO THE CONCERT AND HE WAS TOTALLY AMAZING.HE'S A GREAT PERFORMER.IT WAS THE BEST.I LOVE ALL OF HIS SONGS AND I HAVE ALL OF HIS ALBUMS. EVERYONE IN TRINIDAD LOVES HIM.HE IS SIMPLY A LEGEND.

Super Cat is the man aka Wild Apache. If your a fan of Dance Hall. This is a must have in your collection. All tracks on this CD are great. An Album classic.

I love Super Cat. The CD is great. I will never be without this CD. The original Don Dada! Easy listening to jam to. All of the songs are great. My favorite track is "Dolly". Nice mid-tempo rhythms. This is just good music.

Back in the nineties there were SOO many early Reggaeton artists in Puerto Rico that were putting out tracks that were at least sampling the beats from this album and/or performing lyrics imitating the "Toasting" delivery style that Super Cat did in this album that its not even funny, you would hear tracks from this album at clubs, not to mention Panama's "El General" had a song called "Gran Pana", which basically was Don Dada in Spanish, this album was that big of a deal back in the day
